BODY-05, Headlight Engine Circuit - Procedure and Restoration

The following process, published by Dave Simms, is based on the headlight motor circuits in 1983 and 1984 design 944s. Dave has also included information on how the motor circuits in later 944s change from those of the early automobiles. But the theory of operation and fix methods stay exactly the same. I have included a few notes along the way and another circuit diagram (with Dave's endorsement). We plan to increase this procedure in the future to spell it out how the whole external illumination circuit works at length. But initially, I have to figure out just how the bridge adapter in later design 944 works. I'd like to thank Dave for his important share to Clark's Garage.

Foreword because of the Author

My 944 was reclaimed from an insurance business after a vandalism claim. The vehicle had opted to a yard in which some parts was in fact sold from it.
