What is New for 2016
The 2016 Cayman is unchanged.
Introduction
Let us suppose you're a sensibly sane person buying a sports vehicle. You don't absolutely need to possess something that provides you with bragging legal rights for the most energy, biggest skid pad g-forces, or top slot within valet line. Mainly, you just want a thing that delivers an incredible driving knowledge while however being suited to operating each day. If that's you, the 2016 Porsche Cayman might be the best all-around sports vehicle you can aquire.
Supremely athletic and suitably effective, the 2016 Cayman is a complete satisfaction to-drive.
The Cayman's midengine layout gives it an ideal handling balance that its rear-engine 911 stablemate cannot match, and it's sustained by unparalleled steering feel and stopping precision. The Cayman can also be an ideal dimensions for a sports car, as the small proportions ensure it is feel fantastically nimble traveling. Real, Porsche however reserves its most powerful flat-6 engines for the 911, but it is virtually churlish to grumble now that the 385-horsepower GT4 design is present. Regardless of the motor you choose, the Cayman wants to rev and sounds great carrying it out.
The only concern may be how much Cayman you can afford. Even while Porsche's entry level sports car, it gets expensive despite just a few choices included (desirable because they might). The BMW M235i could be a more economical path to take, and it has a more practical inside and a stout turbocharged inline-6 under the bonnet. Alternately, glorious V8 horse power and outlandish overall performance can be obtained through the Chevrolet Corvette or brand-new Ford Shelby GT350. However, if refinement and driver involvement are top priorities, the 2016 Porsche Cayman tends to make a very persuasive instance, both rationally and emotionally.
